Promoters for The Fairfield Tavern who want to work for their self, make a lot
of extra cash and also WIN a Trip to
We will have a meeting
1 time. If you can’t make that meeting then you are not that interested. If you
can send someone else to collect the information for you that is fine, but
remember you are relying on that person for all of the details! The meeting date is Tuesday December 4th
at
Here is how it works:
This will be an 8 week contest
and opportunity to make extra money. Before the 8 weeks start we are going to
pick who we want to be part of this. The way that we are going choose is by
giving you all a password and promotional cards the night of the meeting. That
password and cards will be good for 3 weekends with a total of 4 dates. These
dates are:
Saturday December 8th
Saturday December 15th
Friday December 21st
Saturday December 22nd
We will not take your cards or passwords on any dates other
than these due to special events. No exceptions. You have 4 nights to
prove yourself. You will get paid at the end of that time for all your hard
work and efforts. The first date to get paid is on December 22nd. If
you can not make it on that date the next date is the following Friday December
28th. You will need to call Amanda @513-260-6963 on 1 of those dates
to get paid, not before, after or in between! You will get $5 per person that
comes in with your password or card BEFORE
What we will be looking for in the contest is:
Who brings the most
people overall, the most people before
We will then calculate
these numbers and information at the end of phase 1 and determine what 2 groups
of 8 are chosen. Once we choose each group everyone will get paid and then we
will then move into phase 2. You will be notified if you made it to the next
phase of the competition.
Phase 2 will be set up like this:
Each person picks a
partner. It can be someone that didn’t make it on phase 1 or someone from who
did make it on phase 1, a friend, family member or whomever it doesn’t matter
just 1 other person. If you want to recruit other people to help you with your
promotions or promotion team that is fine, but they work for you, and/or your
company, and you are in charge of them and your partner. There will be 6-8
teams of 2 for Fridays and the same for Saturdays for 8 weeks. You and your
partner/team that you create will get paid the exact same as you did to qualify
for the contest. Anyone working for your team must work under you and your partner’s
team name.
The Reward for the
Contest is:
SECOND PLACE – A Party for you and
60 of your friends in The VIP area, 4 Bottles of Grey goose, 4 Bottles of Moet and Hors
d’Oeurves
FOURTH PLACE – Party for you and 15
of your friends in The VIP area, 1 bottle of Grey Goose and 1 Bottle of Moet
(These prizes will be
rewarded for each night so 2 Trips for 2 will be giving out at the end of 8
weeks, ect…)
Final Phase:
After the 2 teams get
back from their Vegas trip the Winner from Friday nights and the Winner from
Saturday nights will then Challenge each other for the opportunity to have a permanent
night on the Weekend. The winner would receive a weekend night and a chance to
potentially make up to $1000 or possibly even more per weekend.
Payment for the second
8 weeks will be paid on the first Sat of the beginning of the following month.
PERKS: During the Contest
the promoters in Phase 1 will get: 4 VIP passes for Free Entry to Special
Events that we have coming up, such as Vanilla Ice and other special VIP events,
just as long as you are actively promoting. On each of the regular nights that
we are open you get free entry and VIP for you and 10 of your friends. You will
also be invited to any special VIP Promoter Parties that we may have. In Phase
2 you will get: 8 passes to Upcoming VIP events and 20 VIP bands for each night
that we are open. Please see Amanda McDaniel, Managing Partner who is normally
there on Friday and Saturday to get these. Please try to approach her early for
these passes due to the fact that she gets very busy throughout the night. Also,
any table bookings must go through her, and you will receive $50 per table that
you or your team books successfully. Our
dress code is strictly enforced! Please read it so we are all on the same page
because we will make no exceptions even if you are a promoter. We
will have different events on some Friday's and Saturday's so you can use the
flyers, Myspace ads, texts or emails to copy for your own marketing and
promoting. It’s your job to locate it
and get it. You can also get all Promotional material from Amanda McDaniel
either by picking it up, having it emailed to you or copying it from our Myspace.
During Phase 2 there will be approx 2-3 events that will not be included in
that Phase, obviously New Years Eve being one of them. You will be informed of
any other Black out dates. Phase 2 will actually start Friday Jan 4th and be
every Friday and Saturday for 8 weeks. We will have approx 3-4 mandatory
meetings from phase 1-4 so be on the lookout for those dates.
